Synopsis
Audrey Levine, thinks being bitten by a wolf is just another day on the job. She couldn’t be more wrong...

A wildlife rehabilitation specialist, Audrey usually does all the rescuing, but now she's the one who needs help. In ten days, she’ll be covered in fur and howling at the moon while the werewolf who bit her is out there waiting to claim her as his own...whether she wants to be his or not.

The biggest problem? The curvy beauty doesn’t know any of this.

Werewolf, Tao Black, is the strong, silent type, which is an asset in his role as pack enforcer. Hot on the trail of a wolf gone bad, he runs into trouble and is saved by Audrey. Realizing her situation, he vows to protect Audrey from the wolf who bit her, no matter what it takes.

But that means going against his alpha’s orders and that might get them both killed.

Review
I'm not one for long reviews. I'm not one for rehashing the plot. In general, my reviews could be seen to be lacking.
However, I don't like to repeat the synopsis and I'm not keen on re-telling the story in a review. That's what reading the story is for! That's why my reviews are generally short. Just warning you!

First Moon is fabulous. Michelle has you hooked from the beginning, where Audrey is standing looking at blood. And lots of it. She meets Tao, who is hotness in a furry package, then meets him again, as hotness in a human package. He's a whole lotta hot Alpha male stuck in a cage on the back of her ute/pickup. Yummo.
Tao's brother, Nick, on the other hand, is just a bit nuts. He's the one who's bitten Audrey. He's the one biting other people so he can form his own pack. He's just a tad unstable upstairs.
Nick does something to Audrey that made me go "Ewwwww", and wish I could scrub my brain out with bleach, but only really from an "Ow, ow. ow" point of view. I'm sure I wouldn't be keen for that to happen to me.
I'm not doing spoilers - You'll have to read it to find out what the 'ick-factor' is! And really, at an introductory price of only .99c, why wouldn't you go and grab it?

Needless to say, it's a thoroughly enjoyable read. On the edge of your seat stuff, lusty and hot werewolf love, icky stuff too and you won't want to put the damn thing down until you get to the end. Oh, and Audrey is vegetarian. Figure that one out when she's about to turn into a wolf. *snicker*

This can be read as a standalone, but it is the first in a series, and really, once you meet Tao's other scrumptious brothers, why would you want to stop at just this one?

**Copy received from the author for an honest review - Thanks Michelle!**

  1. First Moon by Michelle Fox is one fantastic book. It has werewolves and love and betrayal and extremely entertaining to read. Could not put down from the first page to the last.
