You’re being abducted by hunky aliens and they’ve never
watched a DVD. What five movies do you take to watch with them?
Romeo and
Juliet, The Notebook, Twilight series. Hunger Games series. That’s more than
five I know, but I NEED them all! Oh and they would have to wait until the rest
of the Hunger Games came out on DVD! I’d have to say, come back in three years!
Do you have a favourite author? Who is it/are they?
Yes,
Kristen Ashley. The Queen of Alphas.
How did you start your writing career?
I didn’t really
start it, it started me. I started writing after a scene that wouldn’t leave
me. It replayed over and over again until I put pen to paper and then the
scene’s kept coming. After a while I had a whole story.
Which character was the hardest to write and why?
My
Hero, Jake. I wanted him to be so different to how he turned out. I tried to
force him into something that he isn’t. When I stopped forcing and starting
listening, writing him was effortless.
If you write under an alias/Nome de plume, how do you deal with being addressed by that name?
I do. And at first it was weird lol! But now it’s as if I have
morphed into this person and I think if someone called Evie on the street, I
would turn around.
How would you classify the genre you write? Why did you
choose that genre?
I would classify my first novel as a dark, contemporary
romance. I didn’t really choose it, the scenes and situations in my story
choose the genre. Dark isn’t a genre I thought I would ever write.
If you weren’t an author, what would you have ended up doing?
Blogging and trying to make money off it until I die so I could just read
every day. I dream big! J

Nothing

What is on your current and upcoming release schedule?
The
second book in the YOU LOVED ME series is You Loved Me At My Weakest and is due
out late November 2014.
