Jared's Virginity Cover SM

Synopsis

Not all virgins are innocent. After the death of his twin, Jared’s life falls apart and it seems nothing can reach him. Then he spies a mysterious woman pleasuring herself and obsession replaces depression. Surprisingly she seems to enjoy his voyeurism but makes no move to take things further. Prodded on by a raging lust for the unattainable beauty, Jared devises a strategy to make her his. If he succeeds he will never be the same again…because the first time changes everything. Inside Scoop: This story takes place twelve years before the events of Massage With Happy Ending. While the books can be enjoyed separately, to get the full story, reading both is recommended.

Review

In Jared's Virginity, we meet 19 year old, Jared: Year 12 repeat student, overweight and bullied by the guys on the school Rugby team. He also doesn't care about anything since the death of his twin sister. That is, until three things happen.
1. The coach of the rugby team asks him to try out for the team, which he declines at first,
2. He walks home later than usual and makes a rather pleasant discovery (see blurb!) which spurs his decision when...
3. His parents spring news on him about their plans for a new therapist.
In an effort to get out of the therapy which would take him away from the woman he watched, he tells his parents he's joined the rugby team at school. Watching the woman brought back the spark of life within him that's been missing for the past year.

Jared goes from lifeless, listless, depressed teenage boy to finally having a vein of hope for his future. The simultaneous happenings spur him on to finally shake himself free of the zombie-like state he's existed in for the past year.

Lolly doesn't regret her decision to impersonate a sex worker while researching a magazine article. But when she runs into her sexy “customer” again at an island resort, the situation gets too hot to handle. Jared likes his sex kinky and his women curvy. Left wanting more after his encounter with the Rubenesque Lolly, he makes her a scorching offer when he sees her again unexpectedly—four nights of BDSM sex and surprises for four thousand dollars. Lolly wants to tell him the truth but fears he’ll rescind his offer if he finds out she’s not a professional. But when business turns to more than pleasure, both end up with more than they bargained for.

Review
Twelve years after Jared's VirginityMassage with Happy Ending comes to us from the POV of Lolly.

She considers herself to be overweight and unattractive, especially when comparing herself to her besties. She's an aspiring journalist who is doing 6 weeks of research in the sex industry with Kea. On her last night, she meets Jay, who is there for his weekly massage and 'happy ending'. The spur of the moment decision sees Lolly massaging Jay with Kea, getting some hands-on experience about the life she's been researching. Desire ignites in Lolly while she's following Kea's lead for the massage and ends up completing the 'happy ending'.
She never expects to see Jay again, much to her disappointment, so can you imagine her surprise when she meets him again on a trip with her BFFs!! As the blurb will tell you, he propositions her with an offer of 4 nights while on the island for $4000.
Despite not wanting the money, she feels that because of the way they met and what he thinks she does, he wouldn't want her if he knew she wasn't really a sex worker. She figures he only wants the no strings, no commitment advantage of her being in the trade. Her lack of self-esteem rears its ugly head, convincing her of this.
So, she accepts.
But she feels increasingly guilty for deceiving him though as she gets to know the kind-hearted yet dominant man behind the money.

This lovely, light (and hot!) tale is a quite enjoyable read and is much better when consumed after Jared's Virginity, in order to give you an understanding into Jared's quirks and love of 'pervertables'--every day objects to use as sex toys--and his creativity with them.

On the island, the weather is hot but the sex is hotter. Golf games turn interesting and you'd not suspect a vase to be used that way.
I finished this in a day, timewise, starting one night and finishing the next day. It would've been an all-night read, except for the pain meds which knocked me out! I fought the effect though, every step of the zzzzzz... Damn medication!
For those who appreciate a well edited story, I didn't notice any misses in this one. I love a story that doesn't trip up my enjoyment of the world I'm immersed in with pesky errors.

Great read. Highly recommended. Especially if you're not looking for something heavy or full on.
